North Korea
If we are unable to secure your North Korean visa then a full refund shall be given.
In the event of military action or any other serious event we will offer the chance of cancellation and full refund should you wish.
If you need to cancel the trip for any other reason you will lose your deposit.
Due to the nature of North Korea, there is a small possibility that visas may be revoked on arrival, depending on current political climate. In the event of this we will give a full refund of the tour price but will not be liable for costs incurred in reaching China. However, please note that this has never occurred before in 4 years of arranging tours to North Korea.
By booking a tour with Lupine Travel, you give the guarantee that you are not a journalist and will not write any article, blog or anything similar following the tour, without our prior agreement.
Lupine Travel Ltd will not be held responsible for any outcome that may arise by applying for a visa under false details. If any visas are rejected for this reason your deposit will not be refunded.
We do not guarantee exact itineraries as they can change slightly from tour to tour, often extra places can be added should the guide get along well with the clients.
Mass Games are subject to weather conditions so we cannot guarantee attendance.
We insist that you take out your own comprehensive travel insurance and by booking the trip you guarantee that you have taken out such policy. If you have a medical condition which may affect your health or safety on the tour you must inform us before we apply for your visa.

Chernobyl
We work under sub license of the Ukrainian Ministry or Emergencies on offering tours to Chernobyl. Ourselves and the Ministry believe Chernobyl is completely safe to visit and we will not allow you to visit any dangerous areas. However, in the unlikely event of any future health problems, we will not be held liable.
By booking, you agree to listen to the guides instructions at all times and to not stray off the agreed paths. We will not be held liable for any accident or injury caused by ignoring these rules.

Trans Mongolian
There is a small possibility that the tour to Olkhon Island will have to be cancelled in the event of severe winter weather conditions. In the event of this we will offer you alternative tours around the same area or the option of a part refund.
Occasionally trains are removed from the train schedule. This can happen at any time up until 45 days before departure. In the event of this we will offer alternative trains on the same day or a day at either side. This rarely happens but can do maybe one or two times each year.

Iran

Just thought I'd send thanks for the Chernobyl trip. We had a good time and everything went smoothly. Only trouble now is that we want to go back again!
