Doing the Trans- Siberian was a lifelong dream and were initially unsure with going with Lupine, a largely unknown small operator. However, Dylan was knowledgeable and responsible; from initial contact he provided the right blend of support, guidance, advance, and freedom to ensure we got the most of our trip from Beijing to St Petersburg this summer. We had a wonderful time and some great memories - not everything went right along the way but what didn't go right was handled and followed up in the most professional manner.
